FM-Web is a secure Internet based fleet management system, allowing Fleet Managers to view and manage their fleet data with a web browser, anywhere, anytime.
You can control and monitor your fleet without the need to install or update additional software on your computer. Functionality is based on the Fleet Manager Professional software but includes additional features such as exception emails, a security model and targeted information delivery.
Fleet data is made available to you in a controlled manner over the Internet via web pages and/or e-mail messages. Users are only provided with the fleet information and functionality that they are allowed to access, based on the organisation rules and subscription level. Important event notifications are delivered via
e-mail or SMS.
The dashboard consists of one or more user-defined critical metrics displayed in the tabs when you log into FM-Web. Metrics are graphical representations of fleet information for a selected range of vehicles or drivers over a specified time period. They display trends or snapshots of data in terms of improvements or deteriorations
and can be emailed to one or more users. Common pre-defined metrics are also available. These are aimed at first time users to facilitate the understanding and setting of dashboards.
Track your fleet in real time or replay historic trips on a digital map. FM-Web supports both Google and default maps that the user can toggle between. FM-Web allows you to zoom in or out, pan around the map, display locations, and display more detailed trip, position and associated event information.
View and manage your locations. FM-Web allows you to delete existing locations, edit existing locations and location details and add new locations. The Search by Address functionality allows users to add locations based on its address or postal code.
Set reminders to inform the fleet manager and drivers of Services that are due and Licenses and Roadworthy certificates that are up for renewal. Reminders can be configured to trigger when the set distance, duration or engine hours has been reached.
Send free-text or predefined messages from FM-Web to the vehicles. Manage all text and job messages – users can for example add, edit, delete, change the status or view the history of a message.
All recorded information can be exported for individual drivers or vehicles, user defined groups of drivers or vehicles or per site. The following lists some of the reports available in FM-Web. Predefined reports can also be emailed to one or more users on a regular basis.
